
Senior Inclusion Specialist

The Prevention and Education Officer provides support for inclusion activities within an Incident Prevention and Education team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing Documentation: Creating documents to support gender-based violence primary prevention program management and coordination;
- Administrative Support: Providing high-level administrative support to the Incident Prevention and Education team as required;
- Legislation Review: Reviewing legislation, standards and policy to ensure compliance with relevant authorities and best practice;
- Training Expertise: Providing subject matter expertise on induction and compliance training for all staff and students;
- Work Planning: Planning and prioritizing work, recognizing barriers to achieving outcomes and finding effective solutions;
- Practical Solutions: Developing and implementing accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs.
To be successful, you'll need:
- A Degree with subsequent experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in a technical or administrative field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
- Experience working in a complex organization with multiple policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret them.
