As a key member of the Foot Locker Asia Pacific team, the Field Visual Merchandising Manager will play a critical role in elevating the customer experience across our stores. This involves building a Customer Experience Center of Excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing initiatives to improve efficiencies, productivity, and selling behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial sense, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will be responsible for guiding and elevating DM and store teams, hosting VM clinics, and driving the adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Elevate visual execution and ensure consistent premium experiences
  • Guide and elevate DM and store teams using resources and tools
  • Execute and participate in rollout strategies across initiatives
  • Support the implementation and rollout of projects and initiatives
  • Deliver sales, wage hours, and shrink plan for APAC
  • Partner with Sr. Field Leadership for change management and process harmonization

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. They will be a change manager, able to anticipate and lead effectively through change, ambiguity, and all business conditions.
