Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial part in creating visually impactful content across physical and digital touchpoints that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers to develop content calendars and strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a wide range of marketing materials and digital assets using industry-standard software, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies, as well as adjustments to existing assets to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and provide support on photography and videography in the form of production planning, creative guidance, and talent sourcing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and brand tone.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
