Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries regarding sales, training bookings, certificates, and other related matters.
Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and students.
- You will handle queries regarding inbound sales, training bookings, certificates for students, and other inquiries.
- You will assist in maximizing conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction as part of a team.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- You must have experience in a call centre or phone-based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls.
- You should possess strong customer service and engagement skills.
- You must have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
- You must have experience achieving team KPIs and sales targets.
- You should have experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.
- You should be able to work as part of a team with a customer focus.
