Job Title: Regional TSS Engineer - Comminution

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to provide technical guidance and take responsibility for the HPGR and Comminution installed base across the APAC region.

As a Regional TSS Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers/regions worldwide to resolve complaints and improve satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical support to customers/regions worldwide to resolve complaints and improve satisfaction.
  2. Troubleshooting issues, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), coordinating field testing, and proposing technical solutions.
  3. Analyzing production processes and monitoring field data to identify wear and suggest improvements.
  4. Handling Customer Non-Conformities (NCs) from machine handover to resolution.
  5. Coordinating and analyzing technical customer queries to provide solutions.
  6. Building relationships with key and potential customers to meet their expectations.
  7. Supporting sales teams early in new business opportunities.
  8. Monitoring equipment performance through site visits and end-user engagement.
  9. Taking pre-emptive and remedial actions when issues arise.
  10. Monitoring competitor activities and participating in industry events and working groups.
  11. Collaborating with sales, aftermarket, engineering, and technology teams to develop strategies for business growth and product improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering Degree – mechanical or electrical.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with minerals processing equipment or equivalent.
  • Ability to interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Proficiency in responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with regular site travel.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
