Job Title: Regional TSS Engineer – Comminution

Are you a technical expert seeking a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development? We have 2 vacancies for Regional TSS Engineers in the APAC region, providing technical guidance and support to customers worldwide.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong engineering background and experience in minerals processing equipment. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating field testing.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers worldwide.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and propose technical solutions.
  • Analyze production processes and monitor field data to identify wear and suggest improvements.

As a Regional TSS Engineer, you will work closely with our sales, aftermarket, engineering, and technology teams to develop strategies for business growth and product improvement.

You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment performance through site visits and end-user engagement, as well as taking pre-emptive and remedial actions when issues arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering Degree - mechanical or electrical.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with minerals processing equipment or equivalent.
  • Ability to interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Proficiency in responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with regular site travel.
