The Role
As an Electrical Commissioning Coordinator / Supervisor, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment.
This role combines office-based planning with site execution, ensuring seamless delivery and safe handover of systems into operation.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating commissioning activities for switchboards, switch rooms, and associated electrical systems.
Developing commissioning work packs, plans, and schedules.
Leading and supervising execution during site-based commissioning.
Overseeing contractor performance and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Providing technical input, troubleshooting, and leadership during commissioning.
Supporting delivery milestones and driving successful outcomes.
About You
WA Electrical Licence (mandatory).
Significant experience in electrical commissioning, supervision, or coordination within oil & gas, energy, or heavy industry.
Strong technical knowledge of switchboards, switch rooms, and electrical systems.
Proven ability in planning, work packing, and execution oversight.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and contractor management.
Flexible to balance office-based duties with site execution requirements.
Available to start immediately.
The Details
Location: Perth (with hybrid flexibility).
Contract: 12 months+.
Start: Could be Immediate.
PAYG or ABN
