Schedules Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Schedules Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our scheduling operations, you will be responsible for preparing and finalising daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.

  • Manage commercial breaks and quality-check prior to broadcast
  • Confirm that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules
About the Role

This role involves working collaboratively with team members and building effective business relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organisational and meticulous skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Experience in administration, retail sales or data entry is desirable
