Job Title: Coordinator of Broadcast Media Schedules

The role of Coordinator of Broadcast Media Schedules is a fast-paced and varied opportunity to work behind the scenes in broadcast media. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and finalizing daily television schedules for on-air broadcast, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Managing commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Confirming that finalized schedules adhere to industry regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

About You:

  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organized and meticulous in your work, able to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in administration, retail sales or data entry an advantage, with the ability to apply transferable skills to this role.
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar software.
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical nature, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
