We are seeking a skilled Schedules Coordinator to join our team, responsible for preparing and finalizing daily television schedules for on-air broadcast. This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and finalizing daily television schedules for on-air broadcast
  • Managing the contents of commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast
  • Confirming that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations

The successful candidate will be based in Canberra and will report to the Head of Scheduling Operations. They will work full-time hours Monday to Friday, with some later finishes required.

You will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, retail sales or data entry
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year
  • Overtime pay and shift allowances
