We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Television Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing & finalising daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.
  • Managing the contents of commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast.
  • Confirming that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations.
  • Creation & maintenance of programming information prior to broadcast.
  • Operating in liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with IBMS Content and IBMS Sales or other similar broadcast scheduling systems.
  • Experience in administration, retail sales or data entry (preferred).
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical nature.
