We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Assistant Account Executive in our commercial team. As a key member, you will provide crucial support to account managers with renewals, new business submissions, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Support account managers with renewal processes, new business submission handling, and client correspondence.
- Prepare invoices, process policy documentation, and manage certificates of currency.
- Liaise with insurers on quotes, renewals, and client inquiries.
- Assist with claims lodging and funding applications.
- Ensure accurate and compliant client records.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant Account Executive position.
- Proficiency in Tier 1 insurance knowledge.
- Experience working with Sunrise and SCTP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, processing skills, and a commitment to delivering results.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a supportive environment.
