We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive/Manager or assistant Executive to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs. As an Insurance Account Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, claims professionals, and support staff, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market, including trends, products, and competitors
- Monitor and analyze client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Manage and mentor assistant account executives, providing guidance and support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Experience in commercial insurance and account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex client needs
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff preferred
