**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition AdvisorTalent acquisition is a proactive and hands-on role responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and hire top talent.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, provide excellent candidate experience.
About You:
  • Experience in internal recruitment, agency, ideally with exposure to permanent placements, comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
  • Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, able to find top talent beyond job boards.
  • Experience using HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure, and employment legislation.
