Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality, stimulating, safe services for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.
">About the Role:
">This exciting and rewarding role requires a passion for working with SEND and excellent coordination skills to manage the delivery of high-quality, stimulating, safe services. You will plan and deliver a structured programme of enjoyable, recreational activities to meet the needs of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities who attend short breaks clubs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver a structured programme of enjoyable, recreational activities to meet the needs of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.">
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the planning, allocation of places, and sufficient staffing to ensure safe delivery of short breaks clubs.">
- Assist in the recruitment, training and ongoing development of the Disability staff team.">
- Process new referrals, initial assessments, individual care plans and any associated risk assessments or specialist plans to ensure individual needs are met.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience of working with children and young people with a range of disabilities or additional needs. A minimum of a Level 3 professional qualification in Childcare, Disability, Health or Social Care or Education is ideal.
">Working Hours:
">The postholder will work 35 hours per week on a rota basis, including term-time hours (Tuesday-Saturday) and school holidays hours (Monday-Friday).
