Lead Gaming Experience Optimisation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced gaming experience optimisation engineer to lead our team in delivering a world-class gaming experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically gifted individual to drive innovation and improvement across our gaming platform.

  • Collaborate with open-source projects and partners to enhance our gaming capabilities, focusing on performance, robustness, and security.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise device support, ease of content creation, sharing, and discovery.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with upstream projects and partners.
  3. Familiarity with the Linux graphics stack, from user-space components to low-level kernel drivers.
  4. Exceptional software project management skills, including risk assessment and resource allocation.
