Customer Experience Enhancement Specialist

As a Customer Experience Enhancement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality and consistency in development and learning initiatives that uplift capability and support an exceptional customer experience.
You'll achieve success by providing a professional learning experience, consistent use of resources and materials that enhance the learning experience, and delivering consistency in design and delivery of learning initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes and efficiencies for Claims teams.
Maintaining a process improvement lens is also key as you identify and analyze learning and development needs of Claims teams to plan and implement the rollout of key initiatives.
This is an opportunity to bring your passion for learning and collaboration to drive influence and uplift capabilities of Claims team.
As a highly skilled individual with at least 3+ years of experience in claims function of an insurance business, you'll possess up-to-date knowledge of legislations and regulatory requirements in the life insurance industry.
A collaborative approach, combined with genuine passion for learning, will enable you to create and deliver high-quality training materials for the business.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in using various knowledge management tools such as WalkMe, Articulate, Sharepoint and/or any learning or design software to create and deliver training and guidance to day-to-day roles of a Claims Consultant.
