About the Role

Amazon Australia is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a driven Product/Program Manager to own feature enhancements that define the customer fulfillment experience.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, start-up environment in one of the world's most pioneering companies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of customers
  • Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech
  • Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work
  • Possess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environments
  • Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
  • B Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
