Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mining Planner to join our team at Cowal Mine.

Cowal Mine is a leading gold producer operating in central New South Wales, Australia. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering short-range mine schedules, managing weekly planning cycles, and collaborating with departments for safe and efficient execution.

  • You will own the weekly mine plan, presented to senior stakeholders with clear deadlines and visibility.
  • Be exposed to expansion projects, including new cutbacks and satellite pits.
  • Work in a tight-knit team with strong support and development culture.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years' post-grad experience in mining planning or a related field.
  • A Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree.
  • Solid Deswik skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
