**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Managing Director, we now have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Planner to join our team at our North Coogee location (WA, 6163).

The role will oversee the planning of all project & service jobs within the business to ensure the effective co-ordination of labour, equipment and material in the execution of the work scope. You will "live in the future" and plan contracted backlog and potential opportunities to meet client requirements with resources available.

As the Planner, you will be involved from bid stage to job completion and provide support to the sales and execution teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring the resource allocation decisions updated within the plan and communicated within the business.

While the job is based in our North Coogee office, the position may require you to travel occasionally to client sites to better understand requirements.

We are seeking someone with impeccable communication skills as building relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders is crucial to succeed in the role.

To be considered for the role you will have:

- Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
- Project management skills (not essential but highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think both creatively and logically to resolve problems.
- Ability to interpret contracts and keep up to date with legislation, regulations and procedures related to role
- Ability to organise information, prioritise and submit timeframes within a project management framework.
- Advanced skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office suite, in particular MS project or similar

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant industry planning experience
- Relevant trade or Degree qualifications
- Valid driver's licence,
- Australian working rights & National Police Clearance
- Master in MS Project.
- Master in Excel

**Desirable**:

- 5 years' experience in fluid power/fluid handling with exposure to industrial, mining and oil & gas industries
- Bachelor Degree
- Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management or similar
