**CHPP Maintenance Planner**

It's not every day you have the opportunity to be involved in the start-up of a new mineTo make your mark
and be there from the beginning. Well here is that long-awaited, unique opportunity to do just that - a
Greenfield mine in the Hunter Valley with all the associated excitement of building and being part of
something new.

The **Maxwell Underground Project**, owned by **Malabar Resources Ltd** has commenced construction with
produce planned of up to 8 million tonnes of coal per annum. With a long life, the underground mine targets
high quality coal, with the majority being metallurgical coal.

The CHPP Maintenance Planner will be site-based and be responsible for the maintenance planning and
scheduling requirements Maxwell CHPP.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:
As the CHPP Maintenance Planner, some of the duties will include:

- Assist with development and continuous improvement of maintenance systems for CHPP.
- Be responsible for the creation and resourcing of a CHPP maintenance plan for the long and short

term.
- Work with stakeholders from the CHPP team to create a positive working culture.
- Ensure maintenance tasks in the CHPP are executed in a timely manner for a reasonable cost.
- Support adherence to Site HS&E requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- An understanding of CHPP or fixed plant maintenance strategies
- Knowledge of Pulse Maintenance System (or similar) is highly desirable
- An electrical or mechanical trade background
- A high level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft software packages
- Experience in contractor management
