Personal Training Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Training Manager to lead our PT team at one of our premier clubs.

This part-time role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PT team while driving revenue and business growth.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in personal training, a Cert III & IV in Fitness qualification, and current First Aid/CPR certification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attracting, recruiting, and onboarding PTs who align with our club's culture and fitness values
  • Implementing effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet club targets
  • Overseeing HIIT classes, timetables, delivering classes to inspire engagement, and ensuring high-quality service across all fitness experiences
  • Maintaining high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff
  • Driving the in-club 8-Week Challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation

The ideal candidate will be a confident, dedicated, and performance-driven individual who excels under pressure and guides teams to success. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage time effectively, and thrive on continuous improvement.
