Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our Health & Fitness department as a leader.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficiency and productivity of our gym, overseeing a team of trainers and driving initiatives to improve gym utilisation and retention.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who wants to develop their skills and knowledge in health and fitness management.

As a Personal Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of trainers, developing and implementing programs to improve member engagement and retention, coordinating student placements and HIIT programs, and administering membership services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve gym utilisation and retention
  • Coordinating student placements and HIIT programs
  • Administering membership services and building a strong PT business

Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent qualification
  • Professional accreditation with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Computer literate
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Professional work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a PT
