Job Summary:

The Pricing Specialist role involves developing complex pricing formulas tailored to product family groups and requires a strong willingness to learn the ball bearing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pricing activities including contracts, customer rebates, and ad hoc pricing while maintaining accurate pricing data across all systems.
  • Generate and analyze pricing reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure pricing accuracy, alignment, and consistency.
  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Pricing team and management.
  • Manage fixed price agreements and maintain related databases.
  • Administer and update rebate contracts and percentages in SAP ERP.
  • Occasionally collaborate across time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in data analytics or pricing.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, table arrays, and PivotTables.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Experience with SAP/S4/HANA, Excel is must.
  • C4C knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industrial mechanical products/tools is a plus.
