Job Description:

We are seeking a Pricing Formulations Manager to develop and implement complex pricing strategies tailored to product family groups. This role involves partnering with Sales and Operations teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into pricing decisions and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pricing activities, including contracts, customer rebates, and ad hoc pricing.
  • Analyze and generate pricing reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy, alignment, and consistency.
  • Provide strategic support to the Strategic Pricing team and management.
  • Maintain fixed price agreements and related databases.
Requirements:
  • Data analytics or pricing background.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, table arrays, and PivotTables.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification preferred or relevant experience.
  • Valid working rights in Australia required.
