The Pricing Analyst will play a key role in developing a global pricing strategy to secure and grow large-scale client partnerships.

This high-impact role involves analyzing internal cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive pricing to develop a uniform, scalable pricing model across permanent placement and value-added service offerings. Collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams will lead to the development of a dynamic pricing tool, particularly Excel-based, with built-in conditions leading stakeholders to the optimal pricing solution based on inputs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a consistent, scalable global pricing model
  • Developing a practical pricing tool with built-in logic for data-driven decisions
  • Analyzing pricing trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor offerings
  • Reviewing client accounts for pricing models, profitability, and commercial viability
  • Supporting pricing strategies and models for large-scale RFPs and bid proposals

Pricing Strategies Must:

  • Align with financial goals
  • Provide long-term value
  • Remain competitive in the market

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or related fields
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience developing or managing pricing tools for service-based or people-centric businesses
  • Excellent business acumen, commercial judgment, and communication skills
