Senior Leisure Professional

The key objective of this role is to lead a team of leisure therapists in designing and delivering programs that enhance the quality of life for residents.

This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, focused on meeting the needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults.

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health;
  • A minimum of three years' experience in developing and delivering leisure and health programs;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families and colleagues;
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate and Police Check; or willing to obtain these certificates;
  • Valid Australian Work Rights;
