We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to deliver high-quality, secure construction projects.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position will be based out of our Head Office in Devonport. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced project leader to become part of a dynamic team of experts who work collaboratively, provide support, and uphold strong safety management practices at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets, as defined in our total integrated management system.
  • Projects are delivered in line with the BCA and Australian Standards.
  • Responsible for project commercial outcomes, including contract management.
  • Uphold safety management at all levels.
  • Respect and care for the environment.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Formal occupational Health and Safety training.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Able to undertake tasks autonomously.
