Career Opportunities: Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our regional team responsible for constructing, operating and maintaining the underground distribution network.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting and leading your team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, developing and implementing compliance and quality standards, conducting onsite audits and discussions with team members, ensuring upskilling of team members' technical skills, driving performance and productivity of the team, and collaborating with the Works Delivery Manager to enhance crew utilisation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience within an electrical environment and leadership experience. You should possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and take decisive action
  • Proven experience with enterprise planning software
  • Possession of commercial acumen and business insight capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
