Dispute Resolution Expert

About the Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Expert, you will work in a centre of excellence for complaint resolution, delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants.

You will be responsible for end-to-end complaint handling, overseeing simple and complex superannuation complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fair and timely outcomes for complainants under regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end complaint handling for simple and complex superannuation complaints.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve customer experience and prevent complaints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3 years or more experience in financial services dispute resolution – essential.
  • Superannuation experience – highly desirable.
  • Strong customer focus, demonstrated in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of caseload and apply effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills, with ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
