Expert Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Expert to join our team.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to meet legislative timeframes and extensive experience with Victorian workers compensation disputation and litigation processes or alternative dispute resolution.
Key responsibilities include managing Workplace Injury Commission and Arbitration processes, reviewing claim files to identify documentation needs, providing clear advice to Claims Teams and stakeholders on WIC outcomes, strategic claim management and scheme issues, while maintaining accurate records.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong understanding of Victorian workers compensation legislation and case law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ministerial Guidelines as to Authorised Agent, Self-Insurer, Employer, and Workers' Assistant Conduct at Conciliation Conference.
