Expert Ostomy Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide expert clinical leadership and consultation in the assessment, management, and education of patients with ostomies, continence issues, and trial of void strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and consultation to healthcare professionals in the assessment, management, and education of patients with ostomies, continence issues, and trial of void strategies.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration as a registered nurse with the relevant state nursing authority.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and consultation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
