Marketing Lecturer

RMIT University is a leading provider of marketing education and research, with a strong focus on industry impact. The Marketing Department is seeking a number of passionate marketing academics to join our team, contributing to the delivery of marketing programs and research initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Marketing and a strong track record of research outputs, including publications, competitive research funding, and industry links. They will also have experience in teaching marketing courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including online delivery, and the ability to produce high-quality industry-relevant curriculum or course materials.
The Lecturer will be responsible for course coordination, supervision of higher degree by research candidates, and building effective networks with colleagues and generating alternative funding projects through liaison with industry and government. They will also contribute to the School's research culture, publishing in high-impact journals and attracting competitive grants.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration, and a passion for marketing academia and practice. They will be able to link academic work with the world outside the University, contributing to the College's mission to deliver innovative, industry-engaged education and applied research connected to business.
