Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide personalized care and support to clients with disabilities and the elderly in a home-based setting.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting clients with meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.

You will maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, communicate effectively with them, their family members, and healthcare professionals, and work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with disabilities and the elderly
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification or experience in disability support or a related field
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Australia Work Authorisation
