Job Title: Animal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Animal Care Support Specialist. This role involves providing high-quality care and attention to our guests, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of accommodation and play areas
  • Preparing and delivering meals and medication
  • Daily Health Checks for all guests
  • Supervising group and individual plays
  • Basic administration and customer service tasks

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate in Animal Care (an advantage)
  • Maturity, quick thinking, hard work, physical fitness, confidence, and good communication skills
  • Experience in dog handling (an advantage)
  • Exceptional animal skills, displaying initiative and empathy
  • Outstanding people and customer service skills

Work Opportunities:
