Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through attentive and compassionate care.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and mobility support.
  • Assist patients with pressure care, ambulation, and other essential tasks.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital.
  • Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding and background in patient-centred care.
  • Capacity to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
