Job Title: In-Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate In-Home Care Specialist to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. As an essential member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and services that promote the health, well-being, and independence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with daily routines and external activities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field
  • Current first aid certificate and Working With Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families
