  • A highly skilled professional required to deliver exceptional customer service and support the business in various administrative tasks.
About The Role:

This is a vital position that requires a positive, proactive, and dedicated personality who can provide swift and accurate responses to customer inquiries and manage the customer service inbox.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and company systems, and have experience working in an administration/customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative duties such as collating and maintaining spreadsheets, inputting and collating orders into the company ordering system.

Creating, updating, and maintaining customers, suppliers, and products in the company ERP with a high level of proficiency and accuracy.

Managing and administering the customer service inbox by providing swift and accurate responses through the utilization of templates and acquired knowledge of the business and its products.

Answering incoming phone calls and providing concise and accurate information to customers to reach a positive outcome.

Assisting with events and functions both internal and external.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to have experience working within an administration/customer service role, excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills, polished and professional telephone skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly and become fluent in them in a short space of time.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, and job applicants must have unrestricted working rights to work full-time in Australia to be considered for this position.
