
Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers. This part-time role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative and operational support for sales, customer service, and post-purchase tasks
- Monitor and enhance customer experiences
- Oversee small projects and ensure their satisfactory completion
- Follow in-house procedures and protocols
- Follow up on customer orders and inquiries
- Build strong relationships with customers
**Requirements:**
- Relevant experience in customer service or administration
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and maintain ownership until resolution
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Automotive passion or experience is an asset
- Part-time role with 30 hours per week, possibility of full-time
- Valid Australian driver's license required
