Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide expert clinical input into the development, delivery, management and evaluation of the Southern Rural Emergency Nursing Exchange Program (RENEX).
Key Responsibilities:- To work in close collaboration with management and key stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate the project plan.
- To provide expert clinical leadership in rural and emergency nursing.
- To develop and deliver clinical education programs.
- To manage complex projects, including stakeholder engagement and evaluation.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent postgraduate experience with tertiary nursing qualifications in Emergency Nursing.
- At least 3 years full-time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
