We are seeking a Clinical Leader to provide expert clinical services, governance and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring services are evidence-based with a focus on recovery. Based in Queanbeyan, the successful candidate will have opportunities to work with incentives available under NSW Health Rural Incentive schemes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing expert clinical services and governance support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
  • Ensuring services are evidence-based and focused on recovery.
  • Collaborating with consumers, families, carers and stakeholders.
  • Making timely and sound clinical decisions autonomously.
Benefits
  • Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2: $131,870.90 to $134,500.70 per annum.
  • Pscyhologist: $77,358 to $113,226 per annum.
  • Sr Psycyholoist: $119,206 to $129,171 per annum.
  • Clinical Psycyholoist: $109,247 to $133,156 per annum.
  • Sr Clinicial Psycyholoist: $139,137 to $147,108 per annum.
  • Ocupationalthrapist Level 4: $121,658 to $124,607 per annum.
  • Social Worker Level 4: $121,658 to $124,607 per annum.
  • Welfare Officer Level 4: $121,658 to $124,607 per annum.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists;
  • Demonstrated high-level clinical and consultancy skills with post-graduation experience in mental health services;
  • Understanding of mental health rehabilitation and recovery with collaborative, strengths-based care approaches;
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously;
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience, upholding standards of clinical practice and contributing to policies and procedures.
