Talent and Branding Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced talent and branding specialist to provide strategic and operational support to our client group. This role will be integral to the graduate recruitment function and involve implementing future talent programs, planning attraction strategies, developing employer brand, project managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, and leading graduate and vacation student selection process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support future talent programs to promote pipeline of high-quality talent;
  • Plan and coordinate relevant attraction strategies including advertising, branding, university career fairs, and networking events;
  • Assist in development and implementation of employer brand;
  • Project manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and organize internal stakeholders to present at campus and industry events;
  • Lead graduate and vacation student selection process through various assessment programs and methods;
  • Identify and implement opportunities to provide experience and industry exposure to key talent segments and diverse talent;

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in end-to-end recruitment including professional and trades-based roles and coordinating bulk intake campaigns;
  • Strong analytical aptitude communication and presentation skills;
  • Effective communication and influencing skills;
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills;
  • Time management and planning skills working independently under limited supervision;
