Operational Excellence Specialist

About the Role:

  • This hands-on role ensures operational efficiency, resource optimization, and strategic goal alignment.
  • You'll drive continuous improvement, governance, and a strong sense of ownership over the workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure policies and processes are maintained and followed (including travel coordination and responsibility mapping).
  • Process Implementation & Improvement: Develop and refine operational workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Procurement & Office Management: Oversee purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Workplace Experience: Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, secure, and productive for all team members.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of ISO9001.
  • Oversee the Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation.
  • Lead a small team including a Facilities & Security Officer and a Procurement Administrator.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between 120000 and 220000 AUD, in Australian Dollars. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and employee discounts.
