Support Role

We are a technology and services company dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine.

We are seeking an experienced support professional to provide hands-on application support to our customers and manage escalated cases.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively monitoring and managing escalated support cases with urgency.
  • Engaging with stakeholders from enterprise customers in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with product and engineering team members to monitor the status of escalated queries.
  • Assisting with technical services, implementations, and customer success projects.
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff.
  • Facilitating training of internal staff on new functionality.
  • Continuously monitoring support case queues and assisting team members where possible.

About This Role

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent industry experience and ITIL experience.
  • Good knowledge of administering SQL Server, SQL query formats, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with supporting an enterprise-wide application, including hardware, operating systems, server environments, and infrastructure configurations.
  • Expertise in working through problems in a logical way and thinking outside the box based on experience and knowledge.
  • Experience with understanding Integrations and basic Azure portal features.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to consult with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A solutions focus with the ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
