We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of compassionate companions who provide non-clinical, in-home support for older adults.

About the Role

As a Social Wellbeing Support Companion, your role will involve providing companionship and conversation during in-home visits. You will also support clients with hobbies, games, memory activities, and shared interests.

  • Provide meaningful conversations and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
  • Support clients with basic technology such as phones, tablets, and video calls.
  • Facilitate wellbeing check-in phone calls for reassurance and family peace of mind.

Your role will vary depending on each client's needs and preferences. You may be required to provide friendly in-home visits, tech help and chats, memory games and activities, wellbeing phone calls, or keepsake sorting and scanning.
