Job Description">As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our organisation through data-driven insights and working closely with the data team to deliver value. You'll help evolve our marketplace by applying your experience to improve the customer experience and support a collaborative data team.
Responsibilities- Identify, analyse and interpret trends and patterns in structured data.
- Translate findings in an evidence-based way to peers and the wider business.
- Perform ad-hoc data mining and exploratory data analysis with small to medium-sized datasets.
- Apply statistical methods to draw actionable insights.
- Work alongside your team to understand and interpret the data needs of the organisation.
- Contribute to the planning and design of data initiatives.
- Data analytics experience for an e-commerce or technology company.
- Intermediate level of SQL or equivalent.
- Passionate about all things data, with the ability to digest complex data and storytelling.
- Ability to organise data findings and synthesise them with business results to form high-level business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
