About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support our Learning and Development team. As a key member of the team, you will provide end-to-end training coordination and administrative support for all L&D programs, ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration for all L&D initiatives and programs
  • Maintain the L&D calendar
  • Training event coordination, including room booking, venue hire, and administration of training materials
  • SuccessFactors Learning records management for L&D programs
  • Manage the centralised L&D inbox
  • Vendor setup and purchase order management for L&D training invoices
  • Collate monthly L&D training reports
  • Update trackers for vendors, coaching, and 360s

About You

  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite
