About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team at Labourpower Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing your portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of accounts to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Conduct site visits as required to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Empower a safe workforce by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
- Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify, cultivate, and develop new clients and opportunities to drive business growth
- Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using Labourpower's risk assessment procedure
- Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment with a proven track record of success
- A proactive and energetic approach to work with excellent time management skills
- An understanding and appreciation of compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A strong internal and external rapport with key stakeholders
- Able to multi-task in a high-volume environment with intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with experience in managing a team and providing feedback and performance management
- Car and license required
