The Role: Senior Service Operations Manager

This is a senior position within the business, requiring strong leadership and management skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service quality, and maintenance efficiency.
  • Contribute to financial management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, focusing on recruitment, development, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to optimize workforce management and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Prioritize safety as an absolute imperative, driving a culture of accountability and responsibility within the team.

You will be responsible for contingency planning, continuous improvement, and rapid response capability enhancement. Flexibility is essential, as occasional overtime, intra-state travel, and overnight stays may be required.

About You

We seek an exceptional individual who is passionate about service management and leadership. This opportunity is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in service management, operations coordination, and planning. A qualified trade or engineering background is highly desirable.
