Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
  • Train and monitor Food and Beverage Attendants and ensure service standards are met
  • Supervise all Team Members in all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet, providing the necessary assistance where required
  • Maintain efficient operating procedures for the outlets point of sale cashiering computer system, ensuring accuracy and balancing of till and the department cash float
  • Develop training plans and conducts on and off the job training sessions for all outlet Team Members
  • Monitor outlets manpower, payroll budget, control costs and maximise profitability

Requirements:

  • Hold a current RSA
  • Experience working in a food and beverage role, ideally in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Possess an energetic and vibrant personality that engages guests to have a memorable experience at our venue
  • Be a well-rounded leader with strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn

What We Offer:

  • Base hourly rate $27.18 equivalent to $50,000 - $60,000 based on working days and penalties applicable as per the Hospitality Industry General Award
